Liis Annus
a supportive psychologist in Tallinn and Tartu
Every person is fascinating and unique, and I welcome you exactly as you are in this moment. Every thought and feeling that is important to you deserves to be explored. I enjoy discussing a wide range of topics with people and having the opportunity to gain insight into their inner worlds. I believe that in a calm and open environment, it is possible to work together towards new understandings and a more meaningful life.
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology, and continuous personal
development and acquiring new evidence-based knowledge are very important to me. I have worked as a mental health counsellor for young people in a school setting, during which time I completed several additional training courses. Regular supervision and mentoring sessions helped me keep my professional knowledge and skills up to date and continuously develop my practice in a thoughtful and informed way.
For me, it is important that the counselling space is a safe and open place where you do not have to fear judgement or feel pressured to be someone you are not. I value collaboration and believe that together we can find an approach that feels right for you and helps you move forward.
A few things about me: I have been sailing for 13 years, so the sea and being active are very
close to my heart. I also really enjoy reading and, after a long day, curling up on the sofa with a good TV series.
